PCB Workshop

As Electronics and Communication Engineering mainly focuses on circuits and its designs, which requires a keen knowledge on how the circuits are built on the PCB’s.
The PCB design is one of the simple technologies which is being made with two steps 1) Software design, 2) Hardware design
A workshop on PCB design was conducted on 7th to 8th April 2017 by Department of Electronics and Communication in which total of 120 students of IV semester participated. Workshop was conducted will help them to build their own PCB’s during their final year project. During workshop thorough knowledge about software tool (Robot Room Copper Connection) used for designing of circuits, imprinting the circuits on PCB, Etching of PCB and soldering was given. Students at the end of workshop successfully prepared their own PCB and tested the built-in circuits.
Prof. Maheshkumar Patil along with 6th semester students conducted the workshop successfully. Prof. Vinay Sangolli and Prof. Girish Sankannavar and Mr. Mallikarjun Naik coordinated.
Dr. Krupa R Rasane HOD E&C congratulate the organizers for the successful conduction of two day workshop.
